I’m the founder and head of research and design of Project Pluralist, a non-profit that utilizes design-thinking to build resilience against intolerance and hate among the youth. Previously, I was the head of research and strategy at OnDeck and a CX lead at MetLife. I co-chair the IDSA Women in Design Committee, and often speak at design and research conferences, such as DMI, UXStrat and UXPA.
